"个人信息"这一概念范畴较为宽泛,导致对个人信息保护极为不利,故需予以梳理和界定。个人信息保护主要有"综合"和"分别"两种立法模式,根据我国个人信息保护实际,应建立以法律保护为主题,以道德为辅的多种措施。

The wide scope of concept of Personal Information is not good for the protection of personal information, so it needs to be sorted out and redefined. ＂Comprehensive＂ and ＂individual＂ are two legislative modes of personal information protection. According to the actual protection of personal information,a variety of measures should established, which regard legal protection as the theme and are supplemented by morality.
