高校扩招进行到今天,高校学生已经成为一个十分庞大的群体,每一所高校就是一个群体特定的小型社会。要建立起一个良性发展的社会需要有程序正当、公平正义并且适应当时社会的法律制度作为支撑,同样,要管理好一所高校,保障高校的正常教学、工作和生活秩序,保证生活在其中的学生能够得到全面健康的发展,需要建立起针对学生群体的完善的管理制度。而作为社会最普遍最一般的规则——法律制度,随着社会发展到今天,经历漫长时间的淘洗,能够对最普遍的大众予以约束并获得遵守,因此,本文将以大见小,从法律制度与高校管理制度之对比的角度,以制度建设最一般的理性来思考怎样完善高校管理的制度建设。

Students has become a very large group in each college and each university, and then each college or each university is a small society. To establish a society with good deveopment requires law rules. Meanwhile, to manage a university, the good management rules should be establised to ensure the normal teaching, work and life order, and then students can live in a hamounious environment. As proved by history, the law system, the most common rules of society, is accepted and obeyed by people. Therefore,from the perspective of comparing law system and management system, this paper will discuss how to improve the system construction incolleges and universities.
