The contents of calcium in two kinds of commercial calcium gluconate oral solutions were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometer, and the corresponding calcium contents were analyzed. The method employed is facile giving accurate results,which provides an ideal pathway for the determination of various trace elements in specific solution samples.
