摘要 【目的】探讨组织声学定量技术(ASQ )在肝硬化患者 Child‐Pugh 分级中的临床应用价值。【方法】对40例健康志愿者(正常对照组)和60例肝硬化患者(肝硬化组)进行ASQ检查,获取ASQ相关值,肝硬化组根据Child‐Pugh分级标准计算Child‐Pugh分级,经统计学分析 ASQ与Child‐Pugh分级之间的关系。【结果】肝硬组ASQ相关值结果均显著高于对照组( P <0.05),并且随着肝硬化Child‐Pugh分级的增加而增高,存在显著性差异( P <0.05)。【结论】ASQ是一项检测肝硬化病变的新技术,且ASQ对肝硬化患者定量诊断具有较重要的临床意义。 [Objective]To explore the clinical implications of acoustic structure quantification (ASQ) tech‐nology in Child‐Pugh classification with liver cirrhosis .[Methods]A total of 40 healthy volunteers (control group) and 60 patients with liver cirrhosis (cirrhosis group) were examined by ASQ technology .And the rele‐vant parameters were recorded .The Child‐Pugh grade was calculated according to Child‐Pugh classification scheme .[Results]The ASQ results of cirrhotics were significantly higher than those of control group ( P 〈0 .05) .With higher Child‐Pugh grades of liver cirrhosis ,ASQ relevant parameters (ratio) will increase .[Con‐clusion] As a new technology ,ASQ has important clinical implications for quantitative diagnosis of liver cir‐rhosis .
