摘要
区域交通供给和需求是否平衡直接影响城市区域交通拥堵治理措施的制定,而目前对区域交通压力的判断方法需要采集大面积的数据,本文引入遥感采集技术,将遥感影像在GIS中进行分析、处理,得到评价所需的基础数据,并与人工实际采集数据进行验证、校核,证明遥感采集数据的适用性.研究基于遥感采集技术的区域交通压力评价方法,提出以宏观路网交通压力评价总体供给和需求是否平衡的方法,再辅以微观路段交通压力寻找局部宜堵点.本文设计了基于遥感采集技术的区域交通压力评价流程,并以实际案例进行了方法验证,证明该评价方法和流程的可行性与可操作性.同时发现因为遥感图像采集技术的不成熟,还存在基础数据采集有偏差的现象,需要辅以小规模的补充调查.
Whether regional transportation supply and demand balance directly affect urban traffic management measures. Now the assessment of regional traffic needs massive data whichis extremely difficult to collect. The paper tries to put remote sensing acquisition technology into data surveying through remote sensing image analysis and processing in GIS to obtain the basic data for evaluation.Compared with artificial actual data in an example,the paper validated effectiveness and applicability of the remote sensing data. Furthermore,the paper put forward an evaluation method of regional traffic loads based on remote sensing. The method proposed that the macro network traffic loads evaluation could show the total regional supply and demand balance,and the micro road traffic loads could help find the localcongestion point. In addition,the paper designed the regional traffic evaluation process,along with a case of an actual method validation which proved the feasibility and operability of the evaluation method and process. Meanwhile during the assessment it is found that there are some deviations in basic data acquisition due to drawbacks of the remote sensing image acquisition technology which need to supplement data by small-scale surveying.
