The Relations of Military and Politics was the significance for origin and development of America constitutional major. Though the concept of people＇s sovereignty, the principle of democracy, separation of powers and checks and balances and the rule of law is an important part of Americacon stitutional indispensable, but play their function cannot do without the military and political relations of constitutional norms, namely constitutionalism for military power. This paper focuses on the relationship between the military and political influence America constitutional arrangements factors, civil military relations and its significance to sort out and study, aims to enhance the understanding and knowledge of the basic constitutional USA.
