摘要
在现代社会竞争激烈中,大学生在择业过程中出现了诸多的心理问题,本文从发展心理学的角度,针对大四学生的心理特点进行研究探索,提出了相应的评估方法,以正确引导大学生的择业。
In the highly competitive lems among college students in the acteristics of students in grade four evaluation of adaptation method so modern society circumstances, there appeared many psychological prob- process of choosing a career.
