摘要
磁选设备上升水流速度、磁场强度、脉动周期这些参数对选别品位高低有重要影响,本文通过实验研究这些参数对选别的影响,给出最优参数值。并应用在磁选机的磁场强度模糊控制器和底阀自动控制方案中,保证排矿口精矿浓度稳定以及磁选机底部矿层界面稳定,取得了较好的效果。本文是作者在河北省高等学校科学技术研究项目(项目编号Z2014105)的研究论文。
Magnetic separation equipment up flow rate, periodic magnetie field strength, pulse these param- eters have significant relationship to beneficiation grade level, this paper to choose something else influence through experimental research on these parameters, and the optimal parameter values. And application in the magnetic field intensity magnetic separator of the fuzzy controller and the bottom valve automatic control scheme, ensure the row ore mouth concentrate concentration stability and magnetic separator bottom seam interface stability, and achieved good results.
