摘要 熔接痕、翘曲变形、体积收缩是注塑生产中最常见的成型缺陷,其中熔接痕是最棘手的问题.在此以显示器面板为例,运用模流分析软件MPI(Moldflow Plastics Insight)对产品不同注塑成型方案进行模拟选取分析,并结合基因遗传算法GA(Genetic Algorithm)作为全局性的搜寻工具,以熔接痕、翘曲变形、体积收缩率为指标创建目标函数,对显示器面板注塑成型几何参数进行优化设计.研究结果显示,该方法不但能获取最优的熔接痕的生成位置与长度、而且能有效的改善产品的翘曲变形量和体积收缩率. Welding marks ,w arping ,and shrinkage are the most common defects appearing in the injection molding process ,of which the welding marks become the most difficult problem to tackle . With the monitor panel as an example ,setting up multi‐objective function with the rate of the welding marks ,warping and shrinkage as an index through simulation analysis on selection toward program of different injection molding with the application of moldflow analysis software MPI and combination of the genetic algorithm GA as the overall searching tool is to undertake optimization design to the injection mold geometric parameters for the monitor panel .The research results show that the method is not only able to obtain the most proper welding location and length ,but also better the amount of warping and the rate of shrinkage effectively .
