摘要
建筑项目的施工有临时性也有波动性,甲方改变愿意,设计图纸改变,工程遇到技术问题所造成的变化,停滞的项目资金,甚至自然灾害的影响等等,都可以使项目进展和项目计划有变化形成差异.这就需要对项目进行动态管理,笔者拟用系统工程的理论对项目进行动态管理,以期项目成本最低化、效益最大化.
The construction project is a temporary volatility change ,Party A is willing to change de‐sires ,design drawings ,technical problems caused by the construction of the project funds ,stagnation , even natural disasters and so on ,can make progress and project plan change form difference .T his needs to carry on the dynamic management of the project ,the author intends to carry out dynamic management to the project by using system engineering theory ,with a view to the largest benefit and lowest cost .
