摘要 对正常国人新鲜尸体C4~5、T11~12、L5~S1椎间盘与椎体进行扭转实验,分析C4~5、T11~12、L5~S1椎间盘与相邻椎体的扭转力学性质,确定不同部位的椎间盘与相邻椎体是否具有不同的扭转力学性质。取C4~5、T11~12、L5~S1椎间盘与相邻椎体标本各13个。在扭转实验机上进行实验。实验速度为5度/min,以统计分析和t检验的方法处理实验数据。结果表明:C4~5组标本最大扭矩为979.6±148.94Ncm;最大扭转角为12.8±1.97°;最大切应力为4.24±0.71 MPa;T11~12组标本最大扭矩为2525.3±358.5 Ncm;最大扭转角为10.97±1.28°;最大切应力为5.86±0.83 MPa。C4~5、T11~12、L5~S1标本扭转力学性质有一定区别。 To conduct experiments on normal people to reverse the fresh corpse C4 ~ 5,T11 ~ 12,L5 ~ S1 intervertebral disc and vertebral body,and then C4 ~ 5,T11 ~ 12,L5 ~ S1 intervertebral disc and the adjacent vertebral bodies were analyzed to reverse the mechanical properties. Finally,we had a different twist to determine whether the disc in different parts and the adjacent vertebral bodies had different torsional properties. 13 samples of C4 ~ 5,T11 ~ 12,L5 ~ S1 intervertebral discs and its adjacent vertebral bodies were taken respectively and were conducted experiments in torsion test machine. The experimental rate was 5° / min,the experimental data were processed by statistical analysis and test. The results showed that the maximum torque of the C4 ~ 5 group was 979. 6 ±148. 94 Ncm,the maximum torsion angle was 12. 8 ± 1. 97°,the maximum shear stress was 4. 24 ± 0. 71 Mpa,the maximum torque of T11~ 12 group was 2525. 3 ± 358. 8 Ncm,the maximum torsional angle was 10. 971. 28°,the maximum shear stress was 5. 86 ± 0. 83 MPa.The torsional praperties of C4 ~ 5,T11 ~ 12,L5 ~ S1 have some differences.
