摘要
采用山东天力干燥股份有限公司的高床层过热蒸汽褐煤预干燥洁净煤成套工艺技术和装置与电厂系统集成发电。利用等效热降法分析计算了褐煤抽汽预干燥发电系统的经济性,以330MW亚临界机组为例,掺烧30%的褐煤全部干燥后,可降低标准煤耗4.32g/kwh。本技术可高效的降低褐煤含水率,提高褐煤热值;同时回收煤中脱出的水分。减少CO2排放和燃料消耗,降低电厂配套系统的损耗,提高电厂的发电效率。
Lignite high bed super-heated steam pre-drying technology is integrated into power plant system to generate electricity. The economy of the system is analyzed and calculated by the effective heat drop method. Take 330MW sub-critical units for example, the reduced standard coal consumption is 4.32g/ kwh when the fuel is blended with 30% pre-dried lignite. This technology can improve the calorific value of lignite, and reduce CO2 emissions and fuel consumption, also improve power plant efficiency by reducing the power losses of the auxiliary system.
