左旋西替利嗪乙酯的合成及结构表征

Synthesis and Structural Characterization of Levocetirizine Ethyl Ester

采用左旋4-氯二苯甲基哌嗪与2-氯乙氧基乙酸乙酯缩合得到左旋西替利嗪乙酯,并通过HPLC、FTIR、MS、1 HNMR对其结构进行了表征。

Levocetirizine ethyl ester was synthesized by condensation of （-）-1-[-4-（chlorophenyl）phenylm- ethyl]piperazine and （2-chloroethoxy）acetic acid ethyl ester. And the structure of ievocetirizine ethyl ester was characterized by HPLC, FTIR, MS,1 HNMR.
