摘要
分别采用水提法、醇提法、酶解法、超声波法、微波法提取山银花中绿原酸,通过高效液相色谱测定提取物中绿原酸的含量。结果表明,水提法、醇提法、酶解法、超声波法、微波法均能不同程度提取山银花中绿原酸,其中微波法提取率最高,醇提法提取率最低。
Chlorogenic acid was extracted from Lonicera confusa by aqueous extraction,ethanol extraction, enzymatic hydrolysis, ultrasonic method and microwave method, respectively. The content of chlorogenic acid was determined by HPLC. Results showed that, aqueous extraction, ethanol extraction, enzymatic hydrolysis, ul- trasonic method,microwave method could extract chlorogenic acid from Lonicera confuca with different extrac- tion rates,the extraction rate of microwave method was the best,and that of ethanol extraction was the worst.
