政治技能、职场排斥、组织公民行为间的关系研究

摘要 提出职场排斥的前因后果、影响机制问题。以政治技能与职场排斥、政治技能与组织公民行为、心理控制源的调节作用理论为基础,探讨职场排斥的前因后果并提出假设。以大连和浙江地区的在职员工为调查对象,对调查数据进行回归分析,结果表明:政治技能的和谐人际、形式机敏性以及面子经营三个维度对职场排斥有显著的负向影响;职场排斥对人际指向的公民行为和组织指向的公民行为均有显著的负向影响;心理控制源显著调节职场排斥与组织公民行为的关系,员工的外控性越强,职场排斥与组织公民行为的负相关关系越强。
