摘要
MES系统是当前企业信息化研究与应用的热点之一,本文以一无机磷酸盐化工厂的生产调度为研究对象,针对化工生产工艺流程连续,工艺过程伴随着复杂的物理与化学反应,工艺机理复杂,加工单元相互关联,影响因素多等各种加工过程的不确定性这些问题,设计了基于MES的化工生产调度系统总体架构、结构组成以及工作流程,对有效解决计划管理层与生产控制层之间的数据传输与通信问题,提高生产效率、合理调配生产资源具有很好地指导作用。
Manufacturing Execution System(MES) is one of the hotspots in enterprise informationization research and application currently. This research based on an inorganic phosphate factory, taking production scheduling as the research object, dealing with the problems: the continuous chemical production process, the complex of physical and chemical reactions, complex mechanism, associated processing unit and other uncertainties,then carried out this technology research of chemical production scheduling system. The research and application of the system are benefit to orderly operation and optimization resources for chemical production process, and to provide feasibility data support for leadership decision-making.
