摘要 秦二厂2010年汽轮机润滑油的颗粒度超出规范,现场机械滤油效果不理想,各种可能原因分析查找一度出现困难。本文对影响油中颗粒度的因素进行筛选,最终通过试验发现油中气体含量过多,标准的超声前处理时间不能使油中气体逸出而引起颗粒度分析异常,相关检测机构对该现象也没有运行经历或经验。本文最终提出真空滤油的方式解决了困扰电厂的润滑油颗粒度分析结果异常难题。 The particulate in the turbine lubricant oil was beyond the specification at QinShan nuclear power plant in the year of 2010, the particulate was not been removed by mechanical filter, it become difficulty in search for the cause. This paper look for the root cause base on the few factors which affect the particulate analysis result in oil. The conclusion was that the gas cannot escape out of oil because shorter ultrasonic treatment time, the solute gas in oil will affect the particulate analysis result. This paper puts forward a vacuum filter and finally solves the existing problem.
