新疆某地膨润土酸化工艺研究

Study on the Acid Activation Conditions of Bentonite from somewhere, Xinjiang Province

本文用新疆某地膨润土，研究与硫酸反应过程中Ca^2＋、Mg^2＋、K^＋、Na^＋、Al^3＋离子的变化，探索制备活性白土的工艺条件。实验得出膨润土酸活化工艺优化条件为：硫酸浓度15%-20%；酸化时间4-6h；酸化温度80-90℃。

The bentonite used in this research was from somewhere, Xijiang Province. Changes of cations including Ca^2＋、Mg^2＋、K^＋、Na^＋and Al^3＋in bentonite during its reaction with H2SO4 were studied. Process conditions for preparation of activated clay were also explored. The optimal acid activation conditions derived from the experimental results are：H2SO4concentrations of 15%-20%wt, acid activation time of 4-6 h, and acid activation temperature of 80-90℃.
