中西医结合治疗难治性肾病综合征疗效分析

目的:观察中西医结合治疗难治性肾病综合征(RNS)的临床效果。方法:110例按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各55例,对照组用吗替麦考酚酯治疗,研究组用小柴胡汤加减联合吗替麦考酚酯治疗。结果:临床总有效率研究组80.09%,对照组70.91%;Alb等肾功能指标改善治疗组优于对照组,不良反应发生率治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗RNS临床效果显著,可改善肾功能,且不良反应较少。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of combination of TCM and western medicine in the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome （ RNS ） . Method： The data of 110 patients with RNS were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 55 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with myeophenolate mofetil while those in the study group were given Xiaochaihu Decoction （a kind of Chinese herbal medicine with bupleurum hamiltonii as the main ingredient）combined with mycophenolate mofetil for treatment. Result： After the treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was 80.09% , higher than that of the control group, which was 70.91%. The indicators of renal function such as Alb of the study group were all better than that of the control group and the incidence of adverse reaction of the study group was lower than that of the control group, all with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： The Xiaochaihu Decoction has significant clinical effect in the treatment of RNS, which could significantly improve the renal function of patients, with less adverse reactions.
