针刺配合面肌训练治疗周围性面瘫疗效观察

目的:观察针刺配合面肌训练治疗周围性面瘫的疗效观察。方法:100例随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,治疗组用针刺配合面肌训练治疗,对照组单用针刺治疗,观察两组的临床疗效及症状体征量化评分的变化。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为96.00%、82.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组症状体征量化评分均显著下降(P<0.05),而治疗组下降更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合面肌训练治疗周围性面瘫疗效更好。

Objective ： To observe the therapeutic effect on peripheral facial paralysis treated by acupuncture combined with facial muscle training. Method： 100 cases of peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 45 cases in each group. The treatment group were treated with acupuncture combined with facial muscle training while the control group were treated with acupuncture. The clinical therapeutic effect and symptoms and signs quantitative score changes before and after treatment were observed. Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 96% and 82% respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） .Compared with that before treatment, symptoms and signs quantitative score in two groups were significantly decreased after treatment （ P〈0.05 ） and the treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with facial muscles training has better therapeutic effect.
