推拿配合中药熏蒸治疗痉挛性脑瘫疗效观察

Observation of Therapeutic Effect on Spastic Cerebral Palsy Treated by Massage Combined with Herbal Fumigation

目的:观察推拿配合中药熏蒸治疗痉挛性脑瘫的临床效果。方法:80例采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例,两组均用推拿治疗,观察组加用中药熏蒸治疗。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后GMFM-88评分较治疗前显著提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:推拿配合中药熏蒸治疗痉挛性脑瘫对恢复肌张力、改善粗大运动功能的效果优于单用推拿。

Objective： To observe the effect on spastic cerebral palsy treated by massage combined with herbal fumigation. Method： 80 cases were divided into 2 groups in random, 40 cases in control group while 40 cases in observation group. Both groups were treated with massage. The observation group were treated with herbal fumigation in addition. Result： The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group significantly（P〈0.05）. GMFM-88 score of both groups after the treatment was significantly higher than that before the treatment and GMFM-88 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of massage combined with herbal fumigation was superior to that of single using massage on spastic cerebral palsy in the muscular tension recovery and gross motor function improvement.
