摘要
针对我国的磷污染现状及中国石油化工股份有限公司北京燕山分公司循环水系统补水高硬度、高碱度水质的结垢腐蚀情况,应用了一种新型的、适合高硬度循环水系统高浓缩倍数运行的无磷缓蚀阻垢剂YSW109,得到了良好的效果。现场应用结果表明,循环水系统的平均腐蚀速率和粘附速率均能达到中国石油化工集团公司"很好极"标准,同时减少磷排放,有效防止工业磷污染。
To solve phosphorus pollution status in our country and the problem of corrosion and scaling resulted from high hardness and high alkalinity of make-up water in Yanshan Petrochemical Co. , Ltd of SIONPEC ,a new type of non-phosphorus corrosion and scale inhibitor YSW109 ,which is fit for the circulating water system with high hardness and high concentration have been applied. The field appli- cation indicated that the corrosion rate and the adherent rate of the cooling water system reached the ＂very good＂ standard specifications of SIONPEC and reduced the discharge of phosphorus, respective- ly,which prevented industrial phosphorus pollution.
