乳腺肿瘤患者的病理诊断结果研究

Study on Pathological Results of Diagnosis of Patients with Breast Cancer

目的：探究乳腺肿瘤患者病理的诊断方法和结果。方法选取2012年8月～2013年9月收治的31例乳腺肿瘤患者进行研究，随机分组，实验组17患者采用病理的切片分析，对照组14例患者选择超声诊断。结果实验组诊断的准确率为100%，死亡率为5.9%，对照组诊断的准确率为85.7%，死亡率为14.3%。实验组患者诊断的准确率明显高于对照组，效果显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论乳腺肿瘤患者进行相应的病理诊断，诊断的准确率高，可为后期的治疗和预后给予有效指导，有助于患者得到良好的治疗效果。

Objective To explore pathological diagnosis method and its result of breast cancer patients. Methods Choose 31 breast cancer patients who are treated in hospital from August 2012 to September 2013 and separate them into groups at random. 17 patients in study group are diagnosed by pathological slices analysis;while 14 patients in control group are diagnosed by ultrasound examination. Results The diagnosis accuracy rate and mortality in study group are 100%and 5.9%respectively;while,the diagnosis accuracy rate and mortality in control group are 85.7%and 14.3%respectively;the treatment efficacy in study group is higher than that in control group,and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Corresponding pathological diagnosis is of accuracy in diagnosis of breast cancer patients; it is conducive to providing efficiency guidance for later treatment and prognosis and achieving favorable treatment efficacy.
