摘要
目的针对血液检验在贫血诊断上的临床价值进行分析。方法选取于2013年9月-2014年3月收治的40例地中海贫血患者和40例缺铁性贫血患者为观察组A和B,同期健康体检的40例患者为对照组C,对三组患者进行血液检验,观察红细胞数量、血红蛋白等的变化。结果相较于对照组C,观察组A和B的患者在红细胞浓度、红细胞体积等方面出现了不同程度的变化,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用血液检验的方法来诊断贫血在临床上取得了满意的效果,安全有效,值得在临床实践中推广使用。
Objective To analysis the clinical on blood test for the diagnosis of anemia. Methods To divide the 40 cases Mediterranean anemia patients into control group A and control group B. The other 40 cases patients into observation group C. Al the cases were chosen from September 2013 to March 2014. To check the blood tests on al the patients,to observe the change of the number of red blood cel s,hemoglobin,etc. Results To compare the observation group C with the control group A and B on the concentration of red blood cel s,red blood cel volume appeared different degree of change. It was in a high treatment efficiency and obvious difference and the statistical y significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion To adopt the method of using blood tests on the diagnose anemia clinical y satisfactory results have been achieved,it is safe and effective. It is widely used in clinical practice.
