无症状性心肌缺血的心电图诊断分析

The Analysis of the Silent Myocardial Ischemia by ECG Diagnosis

目的：分析无症状性心肌缺血的心电图诊断价值。方法选取2013年3月～2014年3月间我院收治的42例无症状性心肌缺血患者与40例有症状性心肌缺血患者分别给予常规心电图、动态心电图进行诊断，比较两组诊断结果。结果无症状性心肌缺血患者的缺血时间相对较长，ST段压低幅度大，动态心电图检出率高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论动态心电图诊断无症状性心肌缺血敏感性高、特异性强、安全准确，能够显著提高临床检出率，值得应用。

Objective To analysis the value of the silent myocardial ischemia by ECG diagnosis. Methods To adopt the conventional electrocardiogram on 40 cases silent myocardial ischemia patients and the dynamic electrocardiogram on 42 cases symptomatic myocardial ischemia patients. Al the patients were chosen from March 2013 to March 2014. To compare the difference between the two groups. Results The ischemia on silent myocardial ischemia patients was much longer than it was on symptomatic myocardial ischemia patients,the ST segment was much lower,the dynamic electrocardiogram detection rate was much higher,It was in a high treatment efficiency and obvious difference between the two groups and the statistical y significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Sensitivity and specificity to use the dynamic electrocardiogram on the silent myocardial ischemia is better than others,it is safety and accuracy. It can significantly improve the clinical detection rate,it is widely used in clinical practice.
