CT诊断颅脑外伤的价值研究

CT Diagnostic Value of Craniocerebral Trauma

目的：研究CT诊断颅脑外伤的临床价值。方法选取2013年1月～2014年1月间我院收治的颅脑外伤患者33例，回顾分析其CT诊断结果，并与病理结果进行对比。结果病理证实颅脑外伤33例，CT检出31例，符合率93.94%，CT诊断结果与病理结果差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论CT诊断颅脑外伤显像清晰、重复性好、准确率高，有利于疾病早期诊断，具有临床应用推广价值。

Objective To explore clinical value of CT in diagnosis of craniocerebral trauma.Methods Review and analyze CT diagnosis outcomes selected from 33 craniocerebral trauma patients who are treated in hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 and then compare to patients’pathology outcomes. Results Of 33 patients,there are 31 patients diagnosed as craniocerebral trauma by CT,the diagnosis accuracy is up to 93.94%;there is no differential between diagnosis result and pathology outcome,and such a result has no statistic value（P〉0.05）.Conclusion CT diagnosis is accurate and clear and it is of favorable repeatability to demonstrate appearance of craniocerebral trauma,which is conducive to early diagnosis of il ness;thus,CT diagnosis is of clinical value to be promoted widespread.
