超声弹性成像与常规超声诊断甲状腺良恶性结节的对比分析

Comparative Study on Elastography Ultrasound and Conventional Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant Thyroid Nodules

目的：分析超声弹性成像与常规超声对甲状腺良恶性结节的诊断价值。方法搜集2013年7月～2014年7月我院接收的甲状腺结节40例患者，根据诊断方法不同进行分组。实验组接受超声弹性成像检查，对照组接受常规超声。观察对比两组诊断结果。结果与对照组相比，实验组检查准确率、灵敏性和特异性较高，有明显差异，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论超声弹性成像在甲状腺良恶性结节诊断中具有较大应用价值，可推广。

Objective Diagnosis value of elastography ultrasound and conventional ultrasound of benign and malignant thyroid nodules is to be comparatively analyzed. Methods Choose 40 patients with thyroid nodules who are treated in hospital from July 2013 to July 2014 and separate them into two groups according to differential diagnosis approaches; patients in study group are given elastography ultrasound diagnosis,while patients in control group are given conventional ultrasound diagnosis,and then observe and compare diagnosis results between two groups. Results Compared to control group,the examination accuracy,sensitivity and specialization of elastography ultrasound in study group are much more favorable than counterparts in control group;there is a differential between the two groups,and such a differential has statistic value （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Elastography ultrasound is of application value in diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules,which it is quite worthwhile to be promoted.
