摘要
目的:对人性化护理在小学生感冒患者护理中的应用进行深入探讨,并对其效果和影响进行分析。方法选取于2013年7月~2014年11月期间在我校发生的46例小学生感冒患者,随机分为对照组和观察组进行对照研究,观察实行常规护理和人性化护理的效果。结果对照组和观察组的护理总满意度分别为82.6%和100%,痊愈时间分别为(7.8±1.4)d和(4.3±1.1)d,两组对比差异显著,有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论对小学生感冒患者采取人性化护理有利于小学生感冒的快速治愈,能够减轻小学生的痛苦,满足了小学生的生理和心理需求,值得在临床实践中广泛应用。
Objective To study the effect and the influence of the application on humanized nursing in a cold elementary student. Methods To observe the 46 cases pupils cases that were divided into control group and observation group. The pupils cases were chosen from July 2013 to November 2014 in our school. Results The control group and the observation group nursing total satisfaction were 82.6% and 100% ,and the healing time was respectively(7.8±1.4)days and(4.3±1.1)days,It was in a high treatment efficiency and obvious difference and the statistical y significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion To adopt the humanized nursing wil quickly cure the elementary school pupils,it can relieve the suffering of the pupils,satisfy the physiological and psychological needs,is widely used in clinical practice.
