结肠癌手术患者的综合护理探析

Study on Comprehensive Care of Patients Operated with Colon Cancer Surgery

目的：探析结肠癌手术患者应用综合护理的临床疗效。方法选取2013年5月～2014年5月间我院收治的结肠癌手术患者48例，实验组与对照组分别采取综合护理与一般护理，对比两组护理效果。结果实验组排气时间、卧床时间、住院时间显著少于对照组，健康知识评分与自理能力评分相对较高，两组护理效果差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论结肠癌手术患者采取综合护理能够促进伤口愈合，减少康复时间，安全有效，值得推广。

Objective Clinical effect of comprehensive care to patients operated with colon cancer surgery is to be explored. Methods Select 48 patients who are operated with colon cancer surgery in hospital from May 2013 to May 2014 and separate them into study group and control group which are given comprehensive care and conventional care respectively;and then compare treatment efficacy between two groups. Results Patients’exhaust time,bed-laying time and hospitalization days in study group are less than those in control group; beside,patients’health knowledge score and self-care ability score in study group are higher than counterparts in control group;there is a treatment differential between two groups,and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Treating colon cancer patients with comprehensive care is effective to get patients’wound healed and shorten their treatment course;therefore,such a safe and effective care method is quite worthwhile to be widespread promoted.
