摘要
目的：分析护理干预对心律失常患者的影响。方法搜集2013年8月～2014年9月我院接收的心律失常39例患者，根据不同护理方法分为两组，即对照组19例和观察组20例。给予对照组常规护理，给予观察组综合护理干预。观察两组护理效果，并比较分析。结果与对照组相比，观察组护理满意度较高，有明显差异，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论综合护理干预对心律失常患者的影响较大，可显著提高护理满意度，值得推广。
Objective The influence of nursing intervention on patients with arrhythmia is to be investigated. Methods Choose 39 arrhythmia patients who are treated in hospital from August 2013 to September 2014 and separate them into two groups according to differential nursing approaches,namely control group with 19 patients and study group with 20 patients. Patients in control group are given conventional treatment,while patients in study group are given comprehensive nursing intervention;and then observe and compare the treatment efficacy of these two groups. Results Compared to control group,patients’satisfaction rate with treatment in study group is much higher than that in control group,there is a treatment differential between the two groups,and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention exerts great influence on arrhythmia patients; it is conducive to increasing patients’satisfaction probability with treatment; therefore,it is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied clinical y.
