老年胆道结石患者围手术期护理体会

Perioperative Care Experience of Elderly Patients with Biliary Stones

目的：总结老年胆道结石患者的围手术期护理体会。方法选取我院2013年11月～2014年11月间收治的老年胆道结石患者43例，实验组施行围手术期护理，对照组施行一般护理，比较两组并发症与满意度。结果实验组并发症发生率（9.09%）与对照组（23.80%）比较相对较低，满意度高，两组患者护理效果差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论老年胆道结石患者施行围手术期护理并发症少，满意度高，效果良好，值得推广。

Objective To explore perioperative care experience of elderly patients with biliary stones. Methods Choose 43 elderly patients with biliary stones who are treated in hospital from November 2013 to November 2014;patients in study group are given perioperative care;while patients in control group are given conventional treatment,and then observe and compare complication incidence as wel as patients’satisfaction rate between two groups. Results The comparative result shows that complication incidence in study group（9.09%）is much lower than that in control group（23.80%）; besides, patients’satisfaction rate in study group is higher than that in control group;there is a treatment efficacy differential between the two groups,and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Perioperative care is conducive to reducing complication incidence in treatment of elderly patients with biliary stones with high satisfaction rate;thus,such a method is of high efficiency and it is quite worthwhile to be promoted.
