舒适护理对老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者的效果研究

Study on Comfortable Nursing Efficacy in Treatment of Elderly Patients with Chronic Emphysema

目的：探究舒适护理在老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿中的应用以及护理效果。方法选取2014年1月～2014年10月期间在我院接受治疗的120例慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者，随机分成对照组和观察组各60例进行对照研究。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组护理的基础上增加舒适护理。治疗后，调查患者对护理的满意度。结果观察组的护理满意度与对照组比较差异显著，具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者进行舒适护理，能够有效地缓解患者的症状，提高护理服务质量。

Objectives To explore comfortable nursing application and its efficacy in treatment of patients with chronic emphysema. Methods Select 120 patients with chronic emphysema who are received in hospital from January 2014 to October 2014 and separate them into control group and study group at random with 60 patients in each group; patients in control group are given conventional treatment,while patients in study group are given comfortable nursing in addition to conventional treatment; and then make a survey about patients’satisfaction rate after treatment. Results There is a differential between these two groups in terms of patients’satisfaction rate with treatment,and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. ConclusionComfortable nursing is of efficacy in treatment of elderly patients with chronic emphysema;it is conducive to relieving patients’symptoms and increasing nursing service quality.
