人性化护理在胆源性胰腺炎手术患者中的应用分析

Study on Humane Nursing Care of Patients Operated with Gallstone Pancreatitis Surgery

目的探讨人性化护理在胆源性胰腺炎手术患者中的应用分析。方法选取2013年7月到2014年11月我院接诊的37例胆源性胰腺炎患者,随机分为两组,20例实验组和17例对照组,实验组采用人性化护理干预,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组患者的满意度、护理总有效率及并发症的发生率明显高于对照组,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理在胆源性胰腺炎手术患者中的效果显著,能够有效提高患者的护理有效率和满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective Study on humane nursing care of patients operated with gallstone pancreatitis surgery is to be investigated. Methods Choose 37 patients operated with gallstone pancreatitis surgery who are treated in hospital from July 2013 to November 2014 and separate them into two groups at random; 20 patients in study group are given humane nursing care,while 17 patients in control group are given conventional care intervention,and then compare treatment effects between two groups. Results Comparative result shows that patients’satisfaction rate,treatment efficacy and complication incidence in study group are much higher and more favorable than those in control group; there is a treatment differential between two groups,and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Humane nursing care is of efficacy in treatment of patients operated with gallstone pancreatitis surgery;it is conducive to improving patients’satisfaction rate and treatment efficacy;thus,it is quite worthwhile to be promoted clinically.
