柴胡利胆汤治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床效果探析

Clinical Effect Study on Cholagogue Decoction of Bupleurum in Treatment of Chronic Cholecystitis

目的：探析柴胡利胆汤对慢性胆囊炎的临床治疗效果。方法搜集2013年9月～2014年9月我院接收的慢性胆囊炎40例患者，根据就诊日期单双号进行分组。给予实验组20例柴胡利胆汤治疗，给予对照组20例西医治疗。观察实验组与对照组疗效，并对比分析。结果实验组治疗有效率明显高于对照组，差异较大，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论柴胡利胆汤治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床效果显著，可推广。

Objective To explore clinical effect of cholagogue decoction of bupleurum in treatment of chronic cholecystitis. Methods Choose 40 chronic cholecystitis patients who are treated in hospital from September 2013 to September 2014 and separate them into study group and control group according to their hospital visitation date number（odd number and even number）; 20 patients in study group are given cholagogue decoction of bupleurum treatment;while 20 patients in control group are given western medicine treatment;and then observe and compare treatment efficacy of the two groups. Results The treatment efficacy in study group is much higher than that in control group;there is a treatment differential between the two groups,and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cholagogue decoction of bupleurum is of efficacy in treatment of chronic cholecystitis, which is quite worthwhile to be promoted.
