推拿治疗乳腺小叶增生临床效果分析

Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Massage in Treatment of Lobular Hyperplasia of Breast

目的：对推拿治疗乳腺小叶增生的临床效果进行分析研究。方法选取于2013年7月～2014年11月期间在我院接受治疗的35例乳腺小叶增生患者，对采用推拿治疗的治疗方法和治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果在经过为期3个疗程的治疗后，对患者的乳房血流图进行检查显示，低波幅的患者经过推拿后波幅值有显著上升，流入容积速度显著加快；高波幅的患者经过推拿后波幅值有显著下降，流入容积速度显著变慢，治疗后患者的波幅和流入容积速度与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论推拿治疗乳腺小叶增生具有显著的治疗效果，操作方便并且安全可靠，能够大大加快患者的康复进程，值得在临床实践中广泛应用。

Objective To analyze and investigate clinical efficacy of massage in treatment of lobular hyperplasia of breast. Methods Review and analyze data of massage treatment approach and its efficacy selected from 35 patients with lobular hyperplasia of breast who are treated in hospital from July 2013 to November 2014. Results Examination on patients’breast blood flow diagrams after three-month treatment shows that amplitude values of patients with low amplitude were significantly increased after massage and inflow volume speed is greatly faster than before,on the contrary,amplitude values of patients with high amplitude were significantly decreased after massage and inflow volume speed is greatly lower than before,there is a differential of patients’amplitude values and inflow volume speed before and after treatment and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Massage is of efficacy in treatment of lobular hyperplasia of breast; it is easy to operate,safe,and significantly conducive to recovery of patients,thus,such a treatment approach is rather worthwhile to be promoted and applied clinically.
