摘要
目的观察原发性肝癌的中西结合治疗的临床疗效。方法对24例原发性肝癌患者均采用中西结合综合疗法对各期采取不同的治疗方法资料进行分析。结果 24例患者中:显效11例,稳定9例,恶化4例,总有效率83.3%。结论早期手术切除是根治肝癌的最好方法。手术后应用放射治疗、化学药物治疗和中医药等综合治疗,对延长病人的生存期起重要作用。
Objective The clinical efficiency of joint treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in primary liver cancer is to be observed. Methods Analyze the joint treatment data of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine applied in 24 patients with primary liver cancer in different treatment phases. Results Of al 24 cases,there are 11 cases of efficiency,9 cases of stabilization and 4 cases of degeneration;the efficiency rate is up to 83.3%. Conclusion Surgical incision is the most favorable way to cure liver cancer in early time. And after the surgical treatment,it is suggested to utilize radiotherapy,chemotherapy as wel as the joint treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine to prolong the patients’ lifetime.
