动态心电图诊断冠心病心肌缺血的临床探析

The Clinical Analysis of the Dynamic Electrocardiogram in the Diagnosis of Myocardial Ischemia Coronary Heart Disease

目的：探讨分析动态心电图对冠心病心肌缺血的诊断结果以及诊断效能。方法选取于2014年2月～2014年12月在我院接受治疗的48例冠心病心肌缺血患者并随机分为两组，对照组患者采用平板运动试验诊断，观察组采用动态心电图检查，对两组患者的检查结果进行对比。结果对照组患者的符合率为62.5%，阳性预测值61.2%，敏感度为70.4%，特异度为61.2%；观察组患者的符合率为75%，阳性预测值77.9%，敏感度为78.7%，特异度为75.4%，两种诊断方法在特异度、敏感度及诊断符合率上差异显著，具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论动态心电图在冠心病心肌缺血中具有显著的诊断价值，属于一种无创检查并且重复性较高，对冠心病心肌缺血的检查具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To analysis the result of the dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia coronary heart disease. Methods To divide the 48 cases patients into control group and observation group. All the cases were chosen from February 2014 to December 2014. The control group adopted the exercise treadmill test diagnosis,the observation group adopted the dynamic electrocardiogram inspection. To compare the inspection results on two groups. Results The accuracy of the control group patients was 62.5%,positive predictive value was 61.2%,sensitivity was 70.4%,specificity rate was 61.2%; the coincidence rate in the observation group was 75%,positive predictive value was 77.9%,sensitivity was 78.7%,specificity rate was 75.4%,It was in a high sensitivity and diagnostic coincidence rate and obvious difference between the two groups and the statistically significant（P＆lt; 0.05）. Conclusion The dynamic electrocardiogram（ecg）has significant diagnostic value in coronary heart disease,it belongs to a kind of noninvasive examination and high repeatability. It has a high clinical significance on myocardial ischemia of coronary artery disease examination.
