急性阑尾炎手术治疗效果观察

Observation on Surgery Treatment Effect of Acute Appendicitis

目的：探究急性阑尾炎患者手术治疗的方法和效果。方法选取2013年4月～2014年8月收治的37例急性阑尾炎患者进行治疗，随机分组，实验组20例患者选择患腹腔镜手术的治疗，对照组17例患者给予常规的手术治疗，对比疗效。结果实验组治疗有效率为95.0%，对照组治疗有效率为82.35%，且实验组患者治疗后的身体情况明显好于对照组，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论急性阑尾炎患者采用腹腔镜的手术治疗方法，安全性高，身体损伤程度小，效果显著，值得推荐。

Objective To explore surgery treatment approach and its effect in treatment of acute appendicitis. Methods Select 37 patients of acute appendicitis who are treated in hospital from April 2013 to August 2014 and separate them into two groups at random; 20 patients in study group are given laparoscopic surgery treatment,while 17 patients in control group are given conventional surgery treatment; and then compare surgery treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients’treatment efficacy in study group is up to 95.0%; while treatment efficacy in control group is 82.35%; and what’s more,patients’recovery condition in study group is much better than that in control group; there is a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery treatment is of efficiency and safety in treatment of patients with acute appendicitis and it does little harm to patients’health; thus, such a surgery treatment is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied clinically.
