宫腹腔镜联合治疗不孕症的临床效果研究

Clinical Study on Hysteroscopy Combined with Laparoscopic Treatment Effect of Infertility

目的：研究不孕症应用宫腹腔镜联合治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2011年11月～2012年11月间收治的不孕症患者47例，对照组单纯应用腹腔镜治疗，实验组应用宫腹腔镜联合治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果实验组总有效率（96.00%）与对照组（81.82%）比较相对较高，随访2年发现，实验组妊娠率（92.00%）相对较高，两组患者治疗效果差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论不孕症应用宫腹腔镜联合治疗安全性高，效果满意，切实可行，值得推广。

Objective Clinical effect of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopic in treatment of infertility is to be investigated. Methods Choose 47 infertility patients who are treated in hospital from November 2011 to November 2012 and separate them into two groups; patients in control group are given laparoscopic treatment only,while patients in study group are given hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopic treatment and then compare treatment effects between two groups. Results Treatment efficacy in study group（96.00%）is higher than that in control group（81.82%）; besides,with 2 years’fol owing-up observation,the result shows that pregnancy rate in study group（92.00%）is rather high,there is a treatment differential between two groups,and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopic is of safety in treatment of infertility with satisfactory treatment effect;such a practical treatment approach is quite worthwhile to be promoted clinical y.
