The Effect of Intense Pulsed Light Treatment on Freckles

目的探讨强脉冲光治疗雀斑的效果体会。方法选取2013年11月到2014年12月我院接诊的42例雀斑患者,按照入院的先后顺序分为两组,实验组采用强脉冲光治疗,对照组采用激光选择性治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者的治疗优良率、满意度、不良反应的发生率明显优于对照组,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强脉冲光治疗雀斑的临床效果显著,有效提高患者治疗的有效率和满意度,降低不良反应的发生率,并且医师的满意度也高,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of intense pulsed light treatment on freckles. Methods To divide the 42 cases patients into control group and experimental group according to the order. Al the patients were chosen from November 2013 to December 2014. The experimental group adopted the intense pulsed light treatment while the control group adopted the laser selective treatment. To observe the effect of the two groups. Results The cure rate,the satisfaction rate and the incidence of adverse reaction rate in the experimental group were al better than those in the control group. It was in a high treatment efficiency and obvious difference and the statistical y significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of intense pulsed light treatment on freckles is much better,it wil improve the patients’treatment and the physician satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. It is widely used in clinical practice.
