复合式小梁切除术治疗青光眼的效果研究

Effect Study on Compound Trabeculectomy in Treatment of Glaucoma

目的：对复合式小梁切除术治疗青光眼的临床实际效果进行分析探讨。方法选取我院于2013年6月～2014年8月收治的38例青光眼患者随机分成对照组和治疗组，对照组患者采用传统小梁切除术治疗，治疗组患者复合式小梁切除术治疗，对两组患者的治疗效果进行对照分析。结果治疗组患者的术后平均眼压、视野改善情况以及术后并发症发生情况与对照组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论复合式小梁切除术治疗青光眼有着显著的疗效，能够显著的降低眼压，明显改善患者的视野情况，并且能够大大降低术后并发症发生情况，是临床治疗青光眼的首选治疗方法，值得在临床实践中推广使用。

Objective To explore compound trabeculectomy efficacy in treatment of glaucoma. Methods Select 38 glaucoma patients who are received and treated in hospital from June 2013 to August 2014 and separate them into control group and study group at random;patients in control group are given conservative trabeculectomy treatment,while patients in study group are given compound trabeculectomy treatment and then compare treatment efficacy of patients in these two groups. Results Patients’postoperative IOP（intraocular optical pressure）,vision improvement and postoperative complication incidence in study group is quite differential from those in control group;and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compound trabeculectomy treatment is of efficacy in treatment of glaucoma;it is conducive to decreasing patients’IOP（intraocular optical pressure）,improving patients’vision and reducing postoperative complication incidence,it is the most preferred choice in clinical treatment of glaucoma,which is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied clinical y.
