关于有限切开复位结合锁定加压接骨板内固定治疗胫骨Pilon骨折效果分析

On the Limited Open Reduction Combined with Locking Effect Analysis of Pilon Fracture of Tibia Plate Internal Fixation for the Treatment of Pressure

目的探讨有限切开复位结合锁定加压接骨板内固定治疗胫骨pilon骨折的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的48例胫骨pilon骨折患者,随机分成两组小组,命名为康复组(有限切开复位术结合锁定骨加压接骨板内固定法)和对照组(有限切开复位术)。结果康复组总有效率明显高于对照组。结论应用有限切开复位术结合锁定加压接骨板内固定方式进行治疗,可以取得显著的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the limited open reduction combined with locking compression plate fixation of the clinical curative effect of treatment of tibial Pilon fracture. Methods Select 48 cases of tibial Pilon fracture patients treated in our hospital,were randomly divided into two groups group, named for the rehabilitation group（limited open reduction combined with locking compression plate internal fixation method of bone）and control group（limited open reduction）. Results In the rehabilitation group was better than that in control group. Conclusion The application of limited open reduction combined with locking plate internal fixation way pressure treatment,can achieve significant therapeutic effect.
