摘要
目的：对腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊息肉的临床效果进行观察分析。方法选取于2014年4月～2014年12月期间在我院接受治疗的44例胆囊息肉患者，根据手术方法的不同随机分成对照组和治疗组，分别采用开腹手术与腹腔镜手术进行治疗，对两种手术方法的治疗效果进行对比。结果治疗组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、手术切口、肠道恢复时间、术后疼痛评分、患者住院时间以及并发症发生率与对照组比较差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊息肉具有显著的临床疗效，对促进患者早日康复以及提高患者的生活质量有着十分重要的作用。
Objective Clinical effect of laparoscopic treatment of gallbladder polyps is to be analyzed. Methods Select 44 patients of gallbladder polyps who are treated in hospital from April 2014 to December 2014 and separate them into two control group and study group according to different operation treatment approaches which are given laparoscopic and laparotomy treatment respectively and then compare treatment effects between two groups. Results There is a differential between two groups in terms of patients’operation time and operation bleeding loss,operation incision and gastrointestinal function recovery time,besides,patients’post-surgical pain,hospitalization days and complication incidence are quite different between two groups,and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment is of clinical efficiency in treatment of gal bladder polyps,it is conducive to patients’recovery and improving their quality of life.
