手术治疗胃溃疡的临床效果研究

Clinical Efficacy Investigation on Surgery Treatment of Gastric Ulcer

目的：探讨胃溃疡应用手术治疗的临床效果。方法选取2012年10月～2013年10月间我院收治的胃溃疡患者36例，对照组选择保守治疗，观察组选择手术治疗，对比两组治疗效果、并发症与复发率。结果观察组总有效率（94.74%）相较于对照组（82.35%）明显较高，并发症少，复发率低，两组患者治疗效果差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论胃溃疡应用手术治疗疗效确切，复发率低，安全性高，值得推广。

Objective To investigate surgery treatment efficacy in treatment of patients with gastric ulcer. Methods Choose 36 gastric ulcer patients that are treated in hospital from October 2012 to October 2013. Patients in control group are given conservative treatment,while patients in study group are given surgery treatment and then compare treatment efficacy,complication incidence and il ness reoccurrence rate of two groups. Results The result shows that treatment efficacy in study group（94.74%）is much higher than that in control group（82.35%）with less complications and lower reoccurrence rate, there is a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Surgery treatment is of efficacy and safety in treatment of gastric ulcer with few occurrence incidences;it is quite worthwhile to be widespread promoted.
