老年食管癌患者术后放疗及根治性放疗的治疗效果对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Elderly Patients with Esophageal Carcinoma Patients after Radiotherapy and Radical Radiotherapy Treatment

目的通过探讨老年食管癌术后放疗及根治性放疗的治疗效果比较，旨在为提高放疗效率提供理论依据方法选择2013年1月～2014年1月在我院接受治疗的食管癌患者66倒，随机平均分成术后放疗组和根治放疗组，分别给予术后放疗治疗和单纯放疗治疗，两组患者应用生活质量核心量表和食管癌补充模式表对患者生活质量进行评分，并对比两组患者治疗有效率和1年生存率、结果根治放疗组患者评分显著高于术后放疗组，且，P〈0.05差异有统计学意义，但两组治疗有效率和1年生存率差异不显著结论老年患者应用根治性放疗治疗可以显著提高生活质量，是一种高效的治疗方式。

Objective Through the discussion of elderly patients with esophageal carcinoma postoperative radiotherapy and radical radiotherapy curative effect comparison, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for improving the efficiency of radiotherapy. Methods Choice in 2013.1-2014.1 in our hospital treated 66 cases of esophageal cancer patients, the average random divided into postoperative radiotherapy and radical radiotherapy group, on patients quality of life score, and compared efficiently and 1 year survival rate of two groups of patients. Results Radical radiotherapy group was significantly higher than the scores of patients with postoperative radiotherapy group, and P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant, Two groups of treatment efficient and 1 year survival rate was not sigalificant difference. Conclusion Elderly patients with radical radiotherapy treatment can significantly improve the quality of life, is an efficient way of treatment.
