踝关节脱位患者的临床治疗体会

Clinical Treatment Experience of Patients with Ankle Dislocation

目的：对踝关节脱位患者的临床治疗方法和临床效果进行分析，并总结治疗体会。方法选取于2013年9月～2014年8月在我院接受治疗的46例踝关节脱位患者，根据治疗方法的不同将患者随机分为两组对保守治疗和复位治疗的临床效果进行分析对比。结果治疗组患者的踝关节功能优良率显著高于对照组，差异显著，具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论根据患者踝关节脱位的具体情况采取针对性的复位治疗具有显著的临床效果，能够显著减轻患者的痛苦，对促进患者踝关节功能的恢复和提高患者生活质量有着十分重要的作用，值得在临床实践中广泛应用。

Objective Clinical treatment approach and its effect to patients with ankle dislocation are to be analyzed and then summarize treatment experience. Methods Choose 46 patients with ankle fracture who are treated in hospital from September 2013 to August 2014 and separate them into two groups according to different treatment approaches which are given conventional treatment and dislocation-reset treatment respectively,and then compare treatment effects between two groups. Results Excel ence rate with regarding to patients’ankle function in study group is much higher than that in control group;there is a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Applying targeted reset-dislocation treatment according to patients’ankle dislocation condition is of clinical efficiency in treatment of patients with ankle dislocation;it is conducive to relieving patients’pain,improving patients’ankle function and their quality of life;thus,such a treatment approach is quite worthwhile to be applied clinical y.
