硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠高血压综合征的效果研究

Effect Study on Nifedipine Combined with Magnesium Sulfate in Treatment of Pregnancy Induced Hypertension Syndrome

目的：比较妊娠高血压综合征应用硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗的临床效果。方法选取2013年2月～2014年2月间我院收治的妊娠高血压综合征患者35例，治疗组给予硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗，对照组单纯给予硫酸镁治疗，比较两组治疗效果与不良反应。结果观察组总有效率（94.44%）与对照组（82.35%）对比较高，不良反应相对较少，两组治疗效果差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论妊娠高血压综合征应用硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗疗效确切，行之有效，安全性高，值得推广。

Objective To explore clinical effect of nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate in treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome. Methods Choose 35 patients of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome who are treated in hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 and separate them into two groups; patients in study group are given nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate treatment,while patients in control group are given magnesium sulfate treatment only; and then compare treatment efficacy as wel as patients’adverse reactions between two groups. Results The comparative result shows that treatment efficacy in study group（99.44%）is much higher than that in control group（82.35%）,and in addition,patients’adverse reactions in study group is much less;there is a treatment differential between two groups,and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nifedipine combined with magnesium sulfate is of efficiency and medication safety in treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome,thus,such a practical treatment approach is quite worthwhile to be applied clinical y.
