帕罗西汀治疗神经衰弱的效果研究

Study on Paroxetine Treatment Effect of Neurasthenia

目的：对帕罗西汀治疗神经衰弱的临床效果进行分析研究。方法选取于2014年2月～2014年12月期间在我院接受治疗的48例神经衰弱患者随机分成对照组和治疗组，每组分别40例患者。对照组患者给予舒眠胶囊治疗，治疗组患者给予帕罗西汀治疗，对两种治疗方法的临床效果进行对比。结果治疗组患者的HAMD、SDS评分均显著低于对照组，睡眠障碍，焦虑、抑郁，情感淡漠，躯体症状等HAMD四个因素评分均显著低于对照组，同时治疗组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，差异显著，治疗有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对神经衰弱患者采用帕罗西汀治疗具有显著的临床疗效，值得在临床实践中进行广泛应用。

Objective Clinical effect of paroxetine in treatment of neurasthenia is to be studied. Methods Select 48 neurasthenia patients that are treated in hospital from February 2014 to December 2014 and separate them into control group and study group at random with 40 patients in each group;patients in control group are given good-sleep capsule medication, while patients in study group are given paroxetine medication treatment;and then compare clinical treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients’scores of HAMD and SDS in study group are much lower than those in control group; and what’s more, with regarding to four aspects of HAMD, including sleep disorder, anxiety, emotional indifference, and physical state; scores in study group are lower than counterparts in control group; and patients’treatment efficacy in study group is much higher than that in control group; there is a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Paroxetine medication is of efficacy in treatment of neurasthenia; thus, such a treatment is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied clinically.
