阿昔洛韦治疗病毒性肺炎的效果研究

Effect Research on Acyclovir Application in Treatment of Viral Pneumonia

目的：探究病毒性肺炎患者采用阿昔洛韦的治疗方法和疗效。方法选取2013年7月～2014年5月收治的34例病毒性肺炎患者进行治疗，随机分组，实验组18例患者选择阿昔洛韦的治疗，对照组16例患者给予常规治疗，观察患者治疗后的身体情况。结果实验组患者治疗有效率为94.44%，不良反应发生率为5.6%；对照组患者治疗有效率为75.0%，不良反应发生率为18.8%。两组患者的治疗效果差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论病毒性肺炎患者采用阿昔洛韦的治疗能够明显患者的身体症状，药物安全性高，效果显著，可广泛推荐。

Objective The treatment approach and efficacy of Acyclovir application in treatment of viral pneumonia are to be investigated. Methods Choose 34 viral pneumonia patients who are treated in hospital from July 2013 to May 2014 and separate them into groups at random. 18 patients in study group are given Acyclovir treatment,while 16 patients in control group are given conventional treatment,and then observe patients’physical condition after treatment in two groups. Results The result shows that the treatment efficacy and side-effect incidence in study group are 94.44%and 5.6%respectively;while the treatment efficacy and side-effect incidence in control group are 75.0%and 18.8%respectively;there is a treatment efficacy differential between the two groups,and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acyclovir application is beneficial to improve patients’symptoms significantly;such a treatment approach is of medical safety and efficiency,which is quite worthwhile to be widespread promoted.
