喜炎平注射液在急性病毒性咽炎治疗中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Xiyanping injection in Treatment of Acute Viral Pharyngitis

目的：探究急性病毒性咽炎患者采用喜炎平治疗的方法和效果。方法选取2013年7月～2014年9月收治的35例急性病毒性咽炎患者进行治疗，随机分组，实验组22例患者选择喜炎平注射液的治疗，对照组13例患者选择补液、抗生素的治疗，观察患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗有效率为95.45%，对照组患者治疗有效率为76.92%。两组患者的治疗效果差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论急性病毒性咽炎患者采用喜炎平注射液的治疗，可使身体症状在短期内消失，缓解身体不适症状，提高治疗效果，现报告如下。

Objective Treatment approach and efficacy of Xiyanping injection in treatment of acute viral pharyngitis are to be investigated. Methods Choose 35 acute viral pharyngitis patients who are treated in hospital from July 2013 to September 2014 and separate them into study group and control group at random. 22 patients in study group are given Xiyanping injection treatment,while 13 patients in control group are given fluid infusion and antibiotics treatment,and then observe and compare treatment efficacy of the two groups. Results The result shows that the treatment efficacy in study group is 95.45%; while the treatment efficacy in control group is 76.92%; there is a treatment efficacy differential between the two groups,and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xiyanping injection is of efficacy in treatment of acute viral pharyngitis; it is conducive to removing patients’physical illness symptoms and alleviating their uncomfortable symptoms in short period and improving treatment efficacy;these are as follows.
